150g pork meat
½ small onion
½ carrot
Green onion, cilantro, minced red onion, chili
100g corns
100g straw mushrooms
Pepper, cooking oil
100g green broccoli
VIFON soy sauce
100g white broccoli
3 tps. VIFON shrimp soup powder
Step 1: Slice pork meat into thin pieces, then season with 1 tps. minced red onion, ½ tps. peper, and 1 tps. shrimp soup powder VIFON.
Step 2: Trim and slice carrots into flower shape. Slice white broccoli and green broccoli. Corns diagonally. Boil quickly carrots, broccoli, and corns.
Step 3: Slice onion. Soak straw mushrooms in water with salt, clean, and slice in half. Slice green onion and cilantro into short pieces (about 2cm).
Step 4: Fry aromatically 1 tbs. onion and minced garlic. Fry meat, then put carrots and broccoli to fry together in 2 minutes.
Add straw mushroom, 2 tbs. water, 2 tps. VIFON shrimp soup powder, and fry until the vegetables are cooked, add onion and stir-fry quickly then turn off the heat, sprinkle the green onions.
Step 5: Put the cooked food on the plate, sprinkle pepper and cilantro. Taste the dish with VIFON soy sauce and sliced chili.
Tips:
Vegetables should be boiled quickly in water with a little salt to keep the vegetables crunchy and appetizing.
Vegetables should be fried with high heat, so that the water in vegetables are kept.
