Foil-baked chicken (for 2-3 people)

  • 1500gr fillet breast chicken
  • 2-3 poireau onions
  • 1 tbs. VIFON soy sauce
  • 2 tps. honey
  • 2 tps. oyster sauce
  • VIFON soup powder

Use a hammer to gently bash the chicken to soften it.

+ Sprinkle VIFON soup powder on the chicken to make the taste stronger.

+ Mix the mixture of soy sauce VIFON, honey, oyster sauce and spread it on both sides of the chicken.

+ Cut poireau onion into long pieces, put them in the middle of the chicken then roll up.

 + Use the foil wrapped around the chicken and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes + Then remove the chicken from the foil, continue to spread the mixture of VIFON soy sauce on the chicken and grilled at 180 degrees until the meat turns brown.

+ Take it out of the oven and cut the chicken into slices. Enjoy when it is still hot.

Tips: 
-    You should use your hand to sprinkle enough the amount of spices on the chicken.
-    Do not bake too long, the meat will be dried out.
