Direction 1
Cut, open the pack, and use directly.
Direction 2
Open the pack, pour the porridge into a bowl, and reheat in microwave for 1-2 minutes.

Put the original product (in the retort pack) into hot water, soak for 5-7 minutes or cook in boilling water for 2-3 minutes.
